A fan changes from Yellow to Red, then to Rainbow Colors, and finally to a beautiful decorated Dragon Fan. Although the effect is similar to the popular Color Changing Fan, this has a special construction, so that the complete fan changes color. There is also no obvious opening of the fan in opposite directions. Comes complete with specially made fan, that is off-set printed with beautiful laminated colors, on a sturdy paper board fan. Great accessory for your snow flurry, or dove act. Complete with instruction sheet and routine.
