  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Scoop's Magic Shop only ships merchandise to Domestic locations within the United States and Canada. At the cutomers choice during checkout, depending on the weight and size, we will ship either "USPS Priority or Express Mail." The cost for US Mail is calculated by total weight and current USPS cost at time of checkout and purchase.  NOTE: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site, passes directly to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • Sales Tax

  • Scoops Magic Shop only charges sales tax for merchandise ordered and/or delivered in the State of California.



  • Return Policy

  • Under no conditions, do we make refunds on tricks, accessories, books or DVD's. However, any item found faulty in materials or workmanship, will be promptly exchanged upon return with prior approval. NOTE: "WE WILL NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. NO EXCEPTIONS." Again, remember to order carefully. Once the secret has been revealed, full value for your money is considered received.

  • We are available for customer service and telephone (760) 328-2219 Mail Box#1 orders 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday, and secure website ordering 24/7. All in stock orders received after 12:00 PM PST will be promptly shipped the following day, (except for Sundays and holidays). If an item is OUT OF STOCK, you will not be able to order it from the products page.  It will indicate:

  • Using Print and Call: Print and Call payment, is a way for Scoop's Magic Shop to allow you the option to process and complete your order online, and then call us with your credit card information. You can also use this feature to print the order invoice and then mail it along with your payment. Paying buy check or money order could not be simpler. After filing out your address, etc. information on the order form, you'll come to a second page that asked for "Special Instructions" There , you'll need to write, "Paying by Check," or "Paying by Money Order." Now, proceed to the thrid page where it will ask for your payment method (Credt Card, Paypal or Print and Call), chose Print and Call. Now, print (2) coipes of the order form.
